Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — Calculated at checkout

United States
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days) — Calculated at checkout
International
- Standard International (10–21 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@dgvoltivo.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DG Voltivo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Contact us immediately at support@dgvoltivo.com if you need to make a correction.
